Method Acting seeks to use sensory work, imagination, and text analysis to deeply empathize and realistically convey a character within a given piece of art.

When utliizing this method for youth in performance, it is imperative that this be delivered and explored through safe and developmentally appropriate ways. We use animal work, sensory exercises, and action-related text analysis, amongst other techniques.
